Der blev lagt s\u00e6rlig v\u00e6gt p\u00e5 integration og optimering af et f\u00e6lles produktionsanl\u00e6g (GEA).<\/p>\n<p><b>Hvad er en GEA?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Et f\u00e6lles produktionsanl\u00e6g (Gemeinschaftliche Erzeugungsanlage - GEA) g\u00f8r det muligt for flere forbrugsenheder - f.eks. lejligheder i et flerfamiliehus - i f\u00e6llesskab at bruge elektricitet, der er produceret af et centralt solcelleanl\u00e6g. I stedet for blot at sende elektriciteten ud i nettet, distribueres den lokalt til det sted, hvor der er brug for den p\u00e5 det p\u00e5g\u00e6ldende tidspunkt. Det \u00f8ger selvforbruget betydeligt og reducerer tilf\u00f8rslen til det offentlige net.<\/p>\n<p>Teknisk set sker det via et centralt energistyringssystem, som indsamler realtidsdata fra netoperat\u00f8rens intelligente m\u00e5lere for hver enkelt enhed. Samtidig tages der h\u00f8jde for den aktuelle solcelleproduktion og batteriernes opladningstilstand. REDUXI-controlleren analyserer disse oplysninger i realtid og styrer energidistributionen med pr\u00e6cision p\u00e5 andet niveau: F\u00f8rst leveres direkte forbrug, derefter oplades batterierne.<\/p>\n<p>GEA'er er baseret p\u00e5 definerede nettekniske og juridiske rammer, s\u00e5som \u00a7 16a i den \u00f8strigske elindustri- og organisationslov (ElWOG). Et metrologisk kompatibelt faktureringssystem sikrer, at hver enhed kun betaler for sit faktiske forbrug. REDUXI-controlleren bruger disse data til at styre hele systemet fleksibelt og efter behov - afh\u00e6ngigt af forbrug, tidspunkt p\u00e5 dagen og solcelleproduktion.<\/p>\n<p>Det er is\u00e6r v\u00e6rd at bem\u00e6rke, at batterierne aflades om natten:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSelv n\u00e5r der ikke er nogen solcelleproduktion til r\u00e5dighed, sikrer systemet en fair og effektiv forsyning. I dette tilf\u00e6lde blev selvforsyningsgraden \u00f8get fra ca. 35 % (kun solceller) til ca. 70 % - udelukkende gennem kombinationen af batterilagring og intelligent distribution inden for GEA,\u201d fort\u00e6ller Johann Lom\u0161ek, CEO for Reduxi DACH GmbH, med stolthed.<\/p>\n<p>Installationen blev udf\u00f8rt af ELKOtec Smart Energy GmbH. M-TEC-batterisystemerne og elm\u00e5lerne blev integreret og forbundet til overv\u00e5gning. Derudover blev netoperat\u00f8rens intelligente m\u00e5lere konfigureret til datakommunikation via P1-gr\u00e6nsefladen. Til dette form\u00e5l blev Reduxi P1 Ultra-konverteren brugt, som problemfrit overf\u00f8rte data fra de intelligente m\u00e5lere til controlleren. Teknisk support blev leveret af Alex fra REDUXI DACH-teamet.<\/p>\n<p><b>Fremtidssikring gennem fjernadgang<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Via REDUXI Cloud er der fuld fjernadgang til energistyringssystemet - uafh\u00e6ngigt af placering og i realtid. Overv\u00e5gning, fejldiagnose, softwareopdateringer og konfigurationsjusteringer kan til enhver tid udf\u00f8res p\u00e5 afstand, uden at der er brug for teknikere p\u00e5 stedet.<\/p>\n<p>Det sparer ikke kun tid og driftsomkostninger, men forbedrer ogs\u00e5 reaktionshastigheden betydeligt, n\u00e5r der opst\u00e5r optimeringer eller problemer.
